Only Bob Barr is proposing spending cuts

The National Taxpayers Union has a comparison of spending plans between John McCain, Barack Obama and Bob Barr. According to NTU, Bob Barr is the only candidate proposing massive spending cuts. Actually, I should say that Bob is the only candidate proposing any spending cuts.
