Tax Rebates (aka Welfare to non-payers) Coming - $300 to $800 - Will we print these from thin air or borrow from China?

“WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic and Republican congressional leaders reached a tentative deal Thursday on tax rebates of $300 to $1,200 per household and business tax cuts to jolt the slumping economy.”

Can I get a side of spending cuts with that tax rebate? Where will this money come from? Print it from thin air or borrow from China? This almost seems like hush money …. “yes we are broker than Cooter Brown, here’s $300, shut the hell up and don’t talk about it.”

Also, how is this a “rebate” when it goes to lots of people that pay zero taxes? More like another government handout.

Definition of a rebate -a return of part of the original payment for some service or merchandise; partial refund.

Ron Paul on Glenn Beck Show: “It’s not a tax rebate if you send somebody a check for $800 for not paying taxes. That’s a welfare check.”
